Come and spend 90 immersive minutes with Anthony in the gardens of Samaria Rose Farm on Sunday morning 12th Feb 2023.
Anthony has over 10 years experience with meditation and 6 years experience with breath work.
Learn 2 powerful breathing techniques and spend some time meditating, turning your attention inside for a time.
We will then integrate the 2 into one powerfully centring practice you can then use in your daily life.
To feel better, sleep better and think better.

If inclement weather we have a undercover area to enjoy the sound of the rain while we meditate and breathe. This event is for anyone with an interest in their own wellbeing you may sit on the cushions provided or a comfortable chair, it is an introduction to practice and there is no barrier to entry.
