If you change your mind
At Samaria Rose Farm we allow returns and exchanges if you've changed your mind about a product.
If you wish to return or exchange a product you must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
If you want to return or exchange an item it must be in its original purchase condition. Packaging must be unopened, unused, unmarked and not defaced in any manner.
Items purchased as part of a set or a multi-item bundle must be returned as a whole set.
We cannot accept returns or offer exchanges on products that are marked as non-exchangeable or non-returnable at time of purchase.
For online orders, you are responsible for paying shipping costs associated with the return of the product.
Your rights under Victorian consumer law are additional to and not affected by our return and exchange policy above.
What if my item was missing, incorrect or damaged?
If you received a parcel with damaged, incorrect, or missing items please let us know. We'll do our best to fix the issue quickly.
Please so we can understand what the problem is and confirm whether you should return the product to us, and how to arrange that, and how we can get correct items to you.
When you contact us, please have the following information handy:
- Order number
- Details of missing or damaged items.
- Depending on the nature of the problem, we may ask you to send us a picture of the damaged item, or the item itself.
Please do not dispose of or throw away any of the items until you've contacted us and we've agreed on next steps.
How to return an item
If you have met all the return or exchange requirements above, please follow these steps to return your product(s).

Contact us and let us know that you want to return or exchange a product.

Package the product(s) carefully to ensure they will not be damaged on their journey back to us.

Once your parcel Is received our Customer Service team will action your return and email you to advise it has been completed.
Sale items
From time to time we offer special discounts or sale items on our website. Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
