Harvested during the peak blooming season of our Damask roses, this limited-batch honey captures the delicate floral aroma of our rose fields in full bloom.

Grown on our chemical-free farm, our roses are cultivated without synthetic sprays, allowing bees to forage naturally among the blossoms at their most fragrant stage.

This honey is produced in collaboration with experienced local beekeeper Shaun Murphy, whose careful hive management ensures the health of the bees and the purity of each harvest.

The result is a honey that is soft, lightly floral, and beautifully aromatic — a true expression of the land and season at Samaria Rose Farm.
